1.     Why do you say Amazon owes me money?

Amazon FBA system has many glitches and the auto-reimbursement stops working in many cases. Therefore your inventory may have units missing and damaged without reimbursement; your inbound shipment units may be counted less than what you send to FBA; Amazon may refund buyers and debit your money and never get the return units back to you and so on.

4.     How does your service work?

Step 1: You set up an account on our website. With the guidance of our youtube video instructions, download some reports from your Amazon seller account and give them to us. We will run a FREE QUOTE for you to analyze how much money you can get back from Amazon.

Step 2: You choose a kind of service and a kind of payment method.

Step 3: We get you the money back from Amazon. An agent will handle your cases and communicate with you all the way.

Step 4: We finalize your cases, calculate your total gain and bill you the total commission. If your down payment is more than our commission, we will refund you the overcharged amount.

5.     How much do you charge for your service and how do I pay?

We charge 20% of what you get back from Amazon in total and 10% as down payment. We only need SKU to identify each kind of merchandise and the SKU is a randomly generated ID for merchandise. The same merchandise has different SKU in different seller accounts.
